Refund policy
1. Return Period
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days after the order is delivered.
2. Return Eligibility
Returned products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with included accessories, manuals, and original packaging when available. Proof of purchase is required.
3. Starting a Return
Contact info@energysportsfit.com before returning any product. Include your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos when applicable. Please do not send unauthorized items.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Contact us within 3 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, has a confirmed quality issue, or is different from what you ordered. Include clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, Energy Sports Fit will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide appropriate return instructions.

7. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

8. Exchanges
We do not provide direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
9. Inspection and Approval
Returned products will be inspected after arrival. We may reduce or decline a refund if a product is returned used, damaged by the customer, incomplete, or outside the return period, where permitted by law.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.
11. Order Cancellations
Contact info@energysportsfit.com within 24 hours of ordering to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.
